Lacrosse Lessons and Fitness Training are Available Year Round.
Our staff is one of the most experienced in the state. We offer lessons for both boys and girls of all ages and skill levels. Lacrosse Lessons are 1 hour in length.
SAQ training benefits athletes of all sports and ages by improving movement, dynamic balance, and natural reflexes. Classes are coed and open to any athlete looking to improve their performance, not just lacrosse players.
Dates Offered: 2/24/20 – 3/19/20
Days of Class: Tuesday and Thursday Evenings
Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm (60 minutes)
Players: Coed / Ages 11-14
Cost: $160 for 2 classes per week for 4 weeks.
