New Fall 2019 Classes 

SAQ (Speed Agility Quickness)

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings

Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm 

Players: Coed / Ages 12-16

Cost: $120

LAX 101

LAX 101 is for our newest and youngest players with 0 -1 year of experience. This is a beginners class.

The LAX 101 classes will focus on teaching the basics elements and rules of the game. Passing, catching, ground balls and movement will all be covered, giving players a solid foundation to build on and teaching good habits.

Saturdays

Dates: 9/28/19 – 11/2/19

Class #1 Time: 10:15am -11:15am

Players: Coed / Ages 8-10

Class #2 Time: 11:30am -12:30am

Players: Boys / Ages 10-12 

Cost: $120

LAX 102

LAX102 skills classes are for players with 2+ years of experience. These are not beginners classes. To enroll in this level players should have competent passing and catching skills. 

LAX 102 Boys Offense Skills

LAX 102 Girls Skills (Offense and Defense)

Wednesday evenings

Dates: 9/28/19 – 11/2/19

Time: 6:45pm – 7:45pm

Players: Boys / Ages 12-16

Cost: $120

Participants should bring their sticks and protective lacrosse gear (helmets, gloves, goggles (girls)) as well as cleats, training or basketball type sneakers (no running shoes as they do not have enough lateral stability) and a water bottle to each class.

Max participants 10 per hour.

**MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS NEEDED, 4 PER AGE GROUP** SHOULD MINIMUM SIGN UP NUMBER NOT BE MET, CLASS WILL BE CANCELLED AND CUSTOMERS WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL

Intro to Weight Lifting

Wednesday and Thursday evenings

Dates: 9/25/19 – 11/30/19

Time: 6:45pm – 7:45pm

Players: Coed / Ages 12-14 

Cost: $150

Our intro to weight training class is designed for the young, growing athlete.

Class size is kept small (5 max) in order to insure personal attention and safety. Athletes will learn proper technique to gain maximum benefits and reduce the risk of injury.

Class will meet 1 x week for 6 weeks.
Participants should wear training or basketball type sneakers (no running shoes as they do not have enough lateral stability) and a water bottle.

Max participants 5 per hour. If the Wednesday class is maxed out, a second class will be added on Thursday nights at the same time, 6:45-7:45.
