Our conditioning classes are for any and all athletes, not just lacrosse players who want to maintain and improve their agility and athleticism.
Classes are run by our NASM certified trainer and will meet twice a week for four weeks.
Balance, Quickness, Stability and Speed are the focus of our conditioning class. Holiday Session begins the week of 11/25 and run through Thurs 12/20.
Classes are coed and offered for two age groups.Youth (ages 10 - 13) 7pm to 8pm / Mon & Wed Nights
11/26 - 12/19
High School (ages 14 - 18) 7pm to 8pm / Tues & Thrs Nights
11/27 - 12/20
Participants should bring training or basketball type sneakers
(no running shoes as they do not have enough lateral stability)
and a water bottle.
Max participants 10 per hour.
**MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS NEEDED, 4 PER AGE GROUP**
SHOULD MINIMUM SIGN UP NUMBER NOT BE MET, CLASS WILL BE CANCELLED AND CUSTOMERS WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL
