Description
 
Our conditioning classes are for any and all athletes, not just lacrosse players who want to maintain and improve their agility and athleticism in their off season.

Classes are run by our NASM certified trainer and will meet twice a week for four weeks.

Balance, Quickness, Stability and Speed are the focus of our conditioning class.

Classes are offered at two times on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
6pm to 7pm and 7pm to 8pm.
Boys and Girls
Ages 12 to 18
Maximum of 10 participants per hour.


* Please note, Should classes not fill in for each of the two hours, it is possible that we will combine all registrants into the later class from 7-8pm. *

SHOULD MINIMUM SIGN UP NUMBER NOT BE MET, CLASS WILL BE CANCELLED AND CUSTOMERS WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL
